Pause for Salcido

Brian Salcido has suffered from a lower body injury. The defender has already been operated in Las Vegas (USA). According to the doctors, Salcido cannot play for several months and will therefore miss the start of the new DEL-season in September.
"Our team's doc Dr. Olaf Büttner is in close contact to Brian's operating doctor in the USA", explains Jiri Ehrenberger, director sports. "The only important thing is that Brian gets well soon. We are happy to have him with us. I wish him a speedy recovery." Salcido says: "It's disappointing, but I am in good spirits. I am very focused and motivated to come back stronger and better than before."
