Split ways with Viveiros
ERC Ingolstadt and headcoach Emanuel "Manny" Viveiros continue in split ways. "The standings in the table are not at all as we have planed", says Jiri Ehrenberger, director sports, who took the decision in agreement with the CEO and the advisory council. "After the loss against Iserlohn, we were urged to react." The runner up champion from 2015 has only collected 17 points in 18 games.
Assistant coach Peppi Heiß will temporarly work as headcoach. Ehrenberger is currently looking for a new headcoach.
