Crazy win over leader Mannheim
What a win for the Panthers! ERC Ingolstadt was 0:3 down to Adler Mannheim after 28 minutes but Doug Shedden's team turned the page and beat the leader 4:3 OT. The fans in Saturn-Arena went nuts.
Petr Taticek with a shorthander and Ville Koistinen in powerplay made it 2:3 in just 37 seconds. David Elsner equalized only a few minutes later. Thomas Greilinger gave the Panthers the win in overtime. Here is the gamewinner:
The win in the top game was a nice reaction to the 3:4-loss in Wolfsburg on Friday. Ingolstadt that normally has a strong box play had received three goals against with a player less. The Panther goals were scored by Brett Olson (PP), Colton Jobke and Jerry D'Amigo (SH).
